The motherboard could do with a good dose of flux remover to make it look considerably better.
Don't expose your microbee to input voltages >10V because the aged tantalums may spontaneously ignite, smoke, explode or all 3!
It's also a good idea to check the capacitance of the giant filter cap.  It may need to be reformed or replaced - depending upon the type of power source used - e.g. unregulated linear(KEEP/REFORM) or SMPS (REPLACE with a smaller value).
