RE: Repository Access - Graham72 - 12-08-2025

Hi greetings from Canberra. When I lived in Goulburn in the 1980s I was proud owner of 16k Microbee with Edasm and word processor Roms. Favourite games were invaders and Emu joust. I just realised over the past days that this board has a separate repository to the other bulletin board. I had been reading here and accessing files there' 😁. I have finally managed to get ubee512 working on my laptop and look forward to relearning Basic programming. Please enable repository access for me. Thanks Graham

Hi there Graham72.
Happy to grant you access.

Just have a read of the first post in this thread to see the process & how to request it properly.
https://microbeetechnology.com.au/forum/thread-15-post-17.html#pid17 )

Once I've received your request via the form mentioned in that post, I'll set up a repository account for you
and send you the details.

RE: Repository Access - fathertedcrilly - 22-05-2026

Something of a first world problem here but hoping there is an easy fix

My username to the forum and to the repository is the same but the password is different

This confuses Safari as it doesn't cope with concept of treating the same username for the same domain but different URL as two seperate password entries.

I have to be careful otherwise I end up storing the wrong password for the forum.

Is it possible to ?

(1) unify the passwords between the two accounts
(2) have a different username for the forum and the repository ?

Thanks
Tony

(1) Just do it.
(2) No

RE: Repository Access - MbeeTech - 23-05-2026

You can change your password in the repository - in fact you are asked to do this (from the temporary one you are issued) in the email that you get when you are granted access.
So, you can match the two passwords if you wish.

Boy, do I feel silly.  Completely missed the account details link in the repository

All good Tony.

Sorry, didn't mean to make you feel silly.
Lots of us skim read things these days, myself included.
The internet & social media has taught us to filter so much of what is presented.

It's because I'm going cross-eyed debugging flags behaviour for Novato's Z80 core

Thanks
