MicroBee - The Ultimate Doppelganger #2 - someone - 23-04-2020

Here's the Super-80's debugger working on the microbee.
It's Z80 dissembler function is quite handy and adjusted to use the microbee's native screen resolution

Good to see, is it any better than EDASM ?

It does the reverse of EDASM. It dissembles memory contents into Z80 instructions and has a trace function to step through machine code programs.
It can be used to debug EDASM programs.

8R0 - that's my version of the debugger. Not the original.

This may explain why it the code has was shotgun blasted with NOPs.

Don't know. But it was meant for the 8Rx monitor series - not for the original Super-80.

Is someone being critical? See how you fare with the original version.

Someone is never critical; it was just an observation.
More than likely the NOP holes were to accommodate the different video options for the Super-80.

BTW - What its the 8RX series?
