Microbee "What Is It" Glossary of Computer Terms #2 Poster - ChickenMan - 16-01-2021
Thanks to kimjohn for making this large A2 sized poster available to be scanned and archived.
This the second poster in a series of 4 produced by Microbee in approx 1984 for school computer rooms. We have scans of the other 3 in the series and this one completes the set. The 4 posters are :-

I like the last paragraph of Story of the Earth written 36 years ago which has mostly come true :
THE FUTURE
Networking is the future with computers.
Electronic mail where you receive your mail
from the computer will be commonplace.
Using satellites you will be able to network
to other computers around the world. The
size of the computer will be further reduced.
Indeed the next "logical" step for
technology is to develop the computer that
can emulate the human brain — robots are
no longer just science fiction.
