Micropro Design, Microtrix, Terran & Southern Cross Repositories have been added - ChickenMan - 25-02-2021 Micropro Design, of North Sydney, designed and produced the Micro Con, a microprocessor based programmable Controller, the only affordable microcomputer system designed specifically for control and monitoring in hobby and industrial applications. Microtrix is an Australian manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive range of S100 products from single boards to complete computer systems. Situated in Hurstbridge, Victoria. Terran Computers was a computer and chip manufacturer based in Eltham, Victoria. They actually designed the Microbee Matilda and the special Gate Array chip it contains. They also produced IBM compatable 286, 386 & 486 PC's and later purchased Micro-Byte computer of Adelaide, South Australia. The Southern Cross computer was basically a clone of the Talking Electronics TEC-1 and was published in the Silicon Chip magazine in 1993. It is a single board computer designed especially for the 1990s generation of students. With a series of add-on boards, smart sockets, fully commented Monitor & an intelligent EPROM emulator, it can teach many aspects of microprocessor & microcontroller techniques of programming. So from various magazine, articles for the above vendors were extracted and presented here. Thanks to Craig Jones for the Southern Cross manual & Monitor listing. If any has any further information, brochures, software, roms, pictures, etc we would like to hear from you so they can be preserved for all. So in their new folders in the Vintage Repository we placed Micropro_Design another_great_eti_offer_eti_79_08.pdf commodore_and_micropro_join_forces_ea_80_12.pdf commodore_and_micropro_join_forces_ea_81_10.pdf interface_for_microcon_ea_81_01.pdf microcon_advert_apc_79_11.pdf microcon_advert_apc_80_07.pdf microcon_advert_eti_80_06.pdf microcon_review_eti_79_07.pdf microcon_review_eti_80_01.pdf micropro_introduction_ea_80_08.pdf Microtrix hard_disk_micro_advert_yc_83_09.pdf micromaster_advert_eti_85_12.pdf micromaster_advert_eti_86_11.pdf microtrix_advert_eti_80_07.pdf microtrix_advert_eti_80_11.pdf microtrix_advert_eti_81_08.pdf microtrix_advert_eti_81_10.pdf microtrix_cad_ststem_advert_eti_85_07.pdf microtrix_news_moving_eti_84_01.pdf microtrix_octagon8_advert_eti_83_08.pdf microtrix_s100_microcomputing_eti_81_12.pdf microtrix_sierra_advert_yc_84_04.pdf sbc100_advert_eti_80_02.pdf sbc100_master_advert_eti_83_06.pdf Terran_Computers first_aussie_486_eti_90_01.pdf microbee_launches_new_line_of_pcs_the_age_90_09_11.pdf new_melbourne_computer_plant_ea_91_09.pdf terran_buys_microbyte_ea_91_06.pdf terran_t20_apc_88_05.pdf terran_t20_apc_88_12.pdf terran_t40_apc_suppliment_90_05.pdf terran_t40_introduction_ea_90_01.pdf Southern_Cross <--- placed in the Talking_Electronics folder southern_cross_2_sc_96_11.pdf southern_cross_computer_crashes_sc_94_07.pdf southern_cross_monitor_v1.21.asm southern_cross_peripherals_sc_93_12.pdf southern_cross_sc-1.jpg southern_cross_schematics_sc_93_08.pdf southern_cross_sc_93_08.pdf southern_cross_user_manual.pdf |
