Microbee Price Lists and Comparison Sheets + more - ChickenMan - 03-12-2019 A big thanks to Owen Hill who presented us with his own personal copies of these when he visited Victoria earlier this year. The 83/08 Comparison sheet compares the features of the Microbee 16k IC with the BBC(A), VIC-20 and the Commodore 64 with most of the features of the Microbee looking favourable. The 83/09 Comparison sheet also included the Apple //e. The Microbee 16k IC price then was $499 while the Apple //e was $2050. The 1983 Microbee Price list includes the Series 2 models, from the 8k Experimenter ($399) to the 128k Small Business Computer with dual floppy drives and monitor($2,245). The small 8 page A5 Educational Programs of 1983 lists all the available software of the time. We have over 95% of it, missing just a few. Also supplied was the 3.5" Software Licence Authority form for Micropro Professional Pack (Wordstar, etc), Multiplan and MBASIC. With the comments : This form MUST be presented with your order for the software below to a microbee computer centre or a microbee dealer before the order will be accepted. So in the Microbee/Documentation/Articles and .../Articles/Lists folders we placed microbee_comparison_sheet_83_08.pdf microbee_comparison_sheet_83_09.pdf microbee_price_list_84_03.pdf educational_programs_list_83.pdf 3.5in_software_licence_authority_form.pdf |
