Finally back home from some R&R. Thanks to kimjohn for making these documents available to be scanned. Scanned at 300 dpi and converted to searchable PDF's as usual. The A4 brochure is 4 pages long.
The Dick Smith Super-80 Computer was available in a basic Kit form only, from $295. Lots of addons like Serial/Parallel Interface Card, Upper & Lower case, a Case, BASIC Eprom, Manual, IC Socket set, etc. were available.
Just imagine being able to tell your friends
that you ACTUALLY BUILT your own full size
computer — they probably won't believe you!
Very advanced design - but works with any TV set!
Also, it came with a letter to the Computer Science Teachers outlining the benefits of the Super-80 in schools :-
Now your students can build a computer! Can you think of
a better way to introduce them to computer technology?
This letter also included a special Schools Tax Free Price list listing the Super-80 with 16k for $219.44
