An Officially Free C Compiler - someone - 21-06-2023

For those who are interested, there is a really early (circa 1979) C Compiler for the 8080/Z80 available for free.
It was used for many things including the WordStar installation program.
It comes complete with PDF documentation.

I thought Hitech C 3.09 (and apparently 4.11) were released free with permission?
