Thanks to Digitalker for providing a scan of this manual/book. After much cleanup it was eventually converted to a searchable pdf. Its about A5 in size and is 286 pages in length.
It was written by Tom Rugg, Phil Feldman & Kevin McCabe and released in 1981. The contents is divided into 6 sections and includes the following -
