Thanks to kimjohn for making this original disk available to be imaged. A standard 5.25" 40tr non-bootable Microbee disk with no copy protection.
This was another disk that was not able to be imaged initially without physically cleaning the disk as per previous posts. For easier use, copy your system to the disk to make it bootable, else just run from B: drive.
Simply-DB is a suite of programs which enables you to create, retain, keep up-to-date, selectively examine, sort and print out sets of data. It has been designed to be extremely easy to use, and yet to provide a sufficiently large set of capabilities for serious file-keeping.
The original version 1.10c is suitable for the CIAB, this version 1.11c has been upgraded to work on the Standard or Premium 128k Microbee. Please see the Manual for the use of this program.
This was an original disk so the disks label was scanned and made available here also.
So today in the MbeeTech repository in the Microbee\Software\Applications folder we placed
simply_db_1.11c_ds40.dsk
simply_db_1.11.jpg <--- in the Documentation\Pictures\Disks\5.25_inch folder
