Thanks to z80cs for providing scans of a few newsletters of Volume 2 from the Melbourne Super-80 User Group. All were cleaned, de-skewed, ocr'ed and converted to searchable pdfs. All A4 in size and mostly 12 pages long.
We already have these issues in the Repository, however, many pages were un-readable and these are much better quality being now readable but still suffers from page to page contrast variation. The Vol 2 No 2 is actually a combination of our original and those provided to achieve the best results.
Again as per all the newsletters, they are full of useful and sometimes vital information about the particular computer, this time the Dick Smith Super 80. For example, this is the contents of the Vol 2 No 2 issue:
NOTES FOR TATTSLOTTO PROGRAM
RESERVED RAM FOR USR
MODS FOR D.S.E. HORSE RACE GAME
MOOS FOR M.C.E. VDU
LIN & LOG DELAY LOOPS
SCRAMBLE
AUTO LINEFEED ROUTINE
REALTIME KEYBOARD
TONE GENERATOR
S100 PIO CARD
So in the Vintage Repository in the Super-80/Documentation/Newsletters/Melbourne folder we replaced the following
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_02.pdf
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_03.pdf
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_04.pdf
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_05.pdf
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_06.pdf
melbourne_super80_newsletter_vol_02_07.pdf
