its for Anatomy, thanks Oldbee. A cross between an Adventure game and an Educational game with the game itself on education_12_ss80.dsk disk. The walkthrough also includes a detailed Map and a text version is included on the disk as well.
So in the Microbee/Documentation/Adventure_walkthroughs folder we have placed :-
