Had a read of the terms and conditions for repository access and I'm a little perturbed about them.
There seems to be a lot of duplication and at least one of the terms would be impossible to comply with (D, in particular theft). I can't see how anyone can be responsible for preventing redistribution once it has been taken by theft and is therefore out of the control of the original downloader.
At this stage, and I know the world isn't going to end as a result, I can't agree with your terms.
I understand concerns regarding copyright and liability but I believe that you need to seriously look at the terms and conditions and reduce them to a more 'realistic' ( and potentially enforceable ) agreement.
ie
1/ Copyright is held by copyright holder.
2/ Zero warranty regarding content, if it does or doesn't work, it's your problem not MB tech. Liability zip.
3/ Don't be a twat about passing downloads around. Just because you've downloaded it doesn't imply transfer of copyright or ownership.
