Well, I must be doing something wrong...
Even after I reset the machine a few times, still just sits at the blank square. (I can hit M and it goes to the disk monitor, but I have no idea what to do in that. I can't list files or do a DIR or anything. More research needed.)
On the Gotek, I have a USB that has a dozen files on it. Have tried to rotate the knob to display the following then hit the Reset button for 5 secs:
128k_premium_getting_to_know_your_microbee_ds40.dsk
128k_premium_master_ds40.dsk
edasm_v42_ds40.dsk
Now I have no idea if they are "bootable" disks or not... But they all work fine in the Windows emulator. I'm at a loss.
Could it be that my Gotek is configure to be B drive? Does the Bee boot off B: if A: is empty? BTW, I have my Gotek on the left and standard floppy on the right. Since the floppies were RIVETED in (who the hell though that was a good idea??) I didn't undo both of them, just the left one.
