Nice work. Having looked into writing my own 1-bit music player, I know how impressive these engines are. These 1-bit players push the limits of what's possible. I enjoy listening to them (on youtube)
If I could make a suggestion, I like having a Makefile in a project like this (being a unix programmer). That way I can build a project I've cloned and get right into using it. You do have the com files there which may be enough. I'd even suggest uploading a disk image with all the files on it, so we could try it straight away on an emulator.
