Novato - a macOS emulator compatible with the Microbee 32IC

After much churning of Json tests,  Novato passes all documented opcode tests ( a few edge cases remain for IO and load block instructions and flags )

It will boot BASIC but there are some elusive bugs regarding the port setting code that is causing weird background colours to appear



Once I track these down,  I'll move onto the keyboard code
