' BEE BASIC emulation in the browser(local)/on the desktop

question are .bee files normally loaded into 5.29 or disk BASIC versions.

I can load, then type u=usr(2304) or other address that vibedrone gives, ENTER then I either get nothing or a runaway cascading colour character display..

I designed VibeDrone around BASIC programs maybe this is feature creep too far?
