Tried most of the games on arcade 1 and Viper now works with a funny screen flash as it draws the title. Frogman starts but after 5-10 sec the screen freezes with no kbd input. All the others worked fine apart from their speed.

re Froghop - interesting issue, complicated by actual file damage in froghop.mwb interacting with the emulators force LIST code. May I suggest LOAD froghop.mwb let auto LIST finish. click SAVE type froghop1. type new. click LOAD > froghop1 see if that has fixed issue. If it continues I may have a problem with the , . keys being read. BUT they work in other games.

My AI is off with the fairies, and is telling me stuff i know is rubbish. So my troubleshooting is at a standstill for the time being.

This seems to work, my co-ordination is useless in these sort of games. (I can play space invaders and the original wolfenstein {grin}.)

48 HOURS: fighting with AI over key recognition 1-9 and non alphabet, and duplicate code blocks. my bad because originally i got CTRL S, D , C working in the javascript not allowing the ROMs to do their thing. Lots of debug calls and game stuff removed. Grok reduced the colour splash screen in post 1 , over 3 attempts to a minimal size. Got the file reduced in size again to include splash screen. I'm Almost ready for closing the door on this.

Feedback and bug reports sought. Thank you to all who have downloaded. If all is well I will package into MBUG collection.

Tried a few games, Frogman now works without freezing but changed ROMs to 6.30e, all good but tried to change back to 5.29 and it wont change, RESET used or not. So tried a few more games and many start but then screen freezes like CARACE.BEE on arcade 2, and BRKBALL.BEE on arcade 2 plays but there is no bottom paddle so you really cant play it. KING-TUT is also missing bottom line. STARBLOC.mwb also freezes once you move.

Starbloc - reminds of a game I wrote for the zx80 in 1981!! I and AI agrees its a coding error .

Try editing line 510 to 510 R=INT(RND*8+1) - that should improve game play but still hard.

I would also think about changing 8 to 16 and add lines for blocks to appear 2 units away from the bel character.
