Thanks to ejwords for making these schematics available to be scanned. They came as 8 pages on A4 sheets with 1/2 of a schematics on each page. After scanning, these were then manually joined to make the final 4 x A3 sized schematics. All were scanned at 600dpi colour and later converted to greyscale, then to b&w PNG files.
The Matilda (originally known as the 640TC) was designed by Terran Computers, Eltham, Victoria and these are their schematics. There are no drawing numbers, just referred to as 640TC Microbee. These are Revision 3 dated 18/7/90 and commented as Final production with Gate Array. The 4th page is titled as Power Supply, 40w. The User Manual is already in the documentation repository, so check it out for further information on the Matilda.
The Matilda was an IBM XT clone running at 10mHz with an NEC V40 cpu and came in the 256TC/TeleTerm case but with a different keyboard layout. A Z-80 was also fitted to allow emulation of the Microbee 256TC in software. The Matilda came out at the end of the life of Microbee Systems, had lots of problems and is believed they only sold 200 units.
So in the MbeeTech repository in the Microbee/Documentation/Schematics/Main_boards folder we placed
matilda_640tc_schematics.zip
which contains
matilda_schematics_1_of_4.png
matilda_schematics_2_of_4.png
matilda_schematics_3_of_4.png
matilda_schematics_4_of_4.png
