Thanks to robert and tezza for supplying scans of these 2 schematics. Both were cleaned up and converted to PDFs.
The X1196 Monitor was an analog TV and Black & White monitor combined in the one unit. The X1198 used the same case but was a Monitor only and now Green Screen. If you bought a System-80 and needed a screen, these were the 2 Monitors that Dick Smith would have sold you. Both were produced by Dong Yang Video Co. Ltd., South Korea.
The schematics appear to be the same with regards to the Monitor section, with the X1196 also including its tuner section.
So in the Vintage Repository in the System-80\Documentation\Schematics folder we placed
dse_b&w_screen_monitor_x1196_schematic.pdf
dse_greenscreen_monitor_x1198_schematic.pdf
