From my recent purchase of Microbee material there was an original Microbee Star Network Users Manual. A5 in size and 122 pages long. Scanned at 600dpi on my book scanner and converted to a searchable PDF as usual.
The Network User’s Manual is both a tutorial and a reference
manual for the MicroBee Star Network. Each system user should
have access to a copy of this manual.
Chapter 1 is a tutorial which takes the user on a guided
tour of the keyboard, explains the concept and use of files,
shows how to use a workspace and then goes on to the more
advanced aspects of the network and CP/M.
Chapter 2 is a reference manual, containing the most
important information about all of the commonly used CP/M
programs and commands.
Chapters 3 and 4 contain brief summaries of the two major
MicroBee disk programs - Wordstar and Basic.
We already have this manual in the Repository, however, it was produced from a Wordstar file extracted from a floppy disk. Its layout is wrong and a few pages missing as well but is always better to have something rather than nothing at all. This has now been replaced with an original scan of the manual.
So in the MbeeTech Repository in the Microbee\Documentation\Manuals\Hardware folder we updated
