Decided to see if I can recover an old ds80 Microbee ZCPR3 disk that I got back in the 80's. Attempts with PC and Floppyio many years ago resulted in a partially booting image only. So tried with the GW. I tried different brands of Floppy drives as well and using HxC software you can see the best results. Wrote what looked the best back out to a floppy with GW and then imaged that disk with Floppyio. Again wouldnt boot but comparing that image to previous images with a hex editor I found 2 sectors in the boot section different, manually cut & pasted it over and bingo, now have a disk that boots to an A: prompt. Still need to fully check it out as it still comes up with 1 dskerr though. To continue.
