This is Applied Technology Technical Update for the 1248 Rev F main PCB and was dated 10th May 1982.  This PCB first appeared as the main board in the Microbee Kit.

From this Update -

I would like to point out some of the newer features
now incorporated in your MICROBEE. Some of these
features will require slight changes to the construction
as outlined in the construction manual.

Updates include -

1 - Keyboard
2 - Power Supply
3 - Addition Components
4 - Case
