Microbee Technology offers sub-contract manufacturing services and specialises in cost effective prototyping, small run and ongoing mass-manufacture assembly. Typically offering lower setup costs for small run production / prototyping, we are able to assist with surface mount assembly : * 0402 and larger chip resistors, capacitors, inductors etc. * SOT-23, SOT-223, SON, LON, LGA, QFN, LQFP, BGA, eLQFP, So-Dimm sockets and other fine pitch components down to 0.4mm (lead pitch) * Other component types possible and evaluated on a design by design basis. Low cost prototyping can be achieved for small quantity batches through the use of our manual pick and place setup. This allows for lower setup costs and quick turn service. We also have 2 SMD Pick and Place machines with different capabilities. These machines allow us to offer faster setup times (programming and component installation) for small run production or more comprehensive setup for faster loading of larger quantity repeat production runs. Full through-hole assembly services available. Sourcing of PCB’s and solder paste screens. We can also work with our clients to provide fully tested product including device programming if required.
